| | | | | | | | | | | | | Voice from Ms J Trell | | "Salesfore.com Foundation is thrilled to be able to support the work of D-Pal and most importantly the youth whom they inspire, teach, and empower. It is extremely rewarding to see the projects, Salesforce Young Doctors Program and the Agri-Tech Exchange make an impact on the lives of the children in northeastern Thailand. We are confident the lessons learned through those innovative programs will develop young healthy intelligent entrepreneurs.
On a personal note, I had the privilege and the pleasure of meeting two bright young Thai students who were selected to attend the Salesforce.com Foundation Youth Media festival in Japan in 2004. They had the opportunity to meet and befriend other young filmmakers from Australia, Japan, and Korea. Although there was a wide language barrier, we communicated with our smiles and shared confusion and awe of life and culture in Tokyo. I will never forget their warm personalities and smiling faces. They inspired me."

| | | | | | | | | | | | | Special Interview with Dr.Prem Naidoo | | It seems to me that the meaning of life is something to do with connections and relationships. I am not sure what establishes a better relationship than giving to society and helping people in the world. I suspect that a contented life is much more to do with giving than receiving and that this is a truth discovered by many philanthropists.

| | | | | | | | | | | | | Interview with Mr.Simon Lawrence, St. Andrewโs International School | | | Parents should value community service projects in their childโs school. Learning also takes place outside the school. The community service encourages the children to understand and learn more about others. They need to find a balance between their lives and learn more about the world around them and that is through community service. | | | Read more | Top | |
| | | | | | | | | | | | | Interview with Managing Director, Tokyodo Books: Ms. Omura Etsuko | | | "I feel so touched in my heart every time I see Japanese people make a donation through the cashier counter. Although they are all foreigners using different language, they are concerned about education and children in Thailand. Deep inside, I am sure that they do hope that those children will become good and educated people for their own sake. Therefore, I wish for every child, who is supported by EDF scholarships, to pay their best attention to their studies and be filled with strength to live on against all odds. And no doubt, the donors are waiting for opportunities to meet them in the near future". | | | Read more | Top | |
| | | | | | | | | | | | | SAMSUNG, Voicing Public Concern | | | โSocial activities of the business sector are similar to a small group of people voices for the public concern for the needy people, whose voices are soft that most people are unable to hear what is needed. Those that have a chance should make the voices heard for those that do not have a chance especially students in rural schools. The schools are not able to take care of the students efficiently due to the lack of quality human resources and a good education environment. More voices can encourage organizations to participate in making social contribution and benefit the society and also reduce the gap in Thai society.โ | | | Read more | Top | |
